WEEKEND SCHOOL

2 – Day Program
2 Hours On Court (weekly)

The ‘Weekend School’ offers beginners an introduction to tennis and tennis specific coordination movements. The primary focus is swing development and enjoying the game.
More advanced weekend groups are also available for advanced beginners and intermediate skill level students, who are not able to attend the academy during the week.

BRONZE GROUP

2 – Day Program
2 Hours On-Court (weekly)
1 Hour Fitness (weekly)

The ‘Bronze Group’ is the second step in the developmental pathway. This group focuses on the progression of swing development through hand feeding and learning tennis specific movements on court. At this stage, students are introduced to a 30-minute tennis movement fitness program. The early phases of our tennis pathway focus on having fun whilst learning the skills of the game.

SILVER GROUP

3 – Day Program
3 Hours On Court (weekly)
1.5 Hours Fitness (weekly)

The ‘Silver Group’ is the third step in our developmental pathway. This group is designed for the intermediate to advanced beginner students. At this stage students continue to focus on establishing technique, live ball drills and engaging in competitive play. Students in this stage of the program, continue their 30-minute tennis specific fitness program.

5 – Day Program
5 Hours On Court (weekly)
2.5 Hours Fitness (weekly)

The ‘Gold Group’ is the fourth step in our developmental pathway. This group is designed for intermediate students who are eager to continue their tennis development and their tennis game in preparation for competing in tournaments. Establishing technique through live ball drills and competitive play. Students in this stage continue their 30-minute tennis specific fitness program. We continue to incorporate and encourage learning in fun environments with our drills and game-play.

PLATINUM GROUP

5 – Day Program
10 Hours On Court (weekly)
2.5 Hours Fitness (weekly)

The ‘Platinum Group’ is the fifth step in the developmental pathway. This group is by invitation only and suited for players who have the overall desire, work ethic and commitment to take their game to the next level. This group emphasises developing technique for an advanced performance through specific ball drills and tournament play tactical development. Players in this group are hand selected by our team of professional coaches. Based upon commitment and potential, selected ‘Platinum’ players are also invited into Pro Training every Saturday.
